The changes you’re hoping to make and goals you’re trying to achieve, are possible with solid research shared in simple ways. It can be hard to know where to begin and that is why our philosophy is that it does not need to be complicated to be true. It needs to be honest, it needs to be simple, it needs to be accessible.

In the midst of boycotts over bathing suits and pouring out beers over a picture on a can, it seems we have forgotten that we are talking about actual real people, that hear what we say and read what we post. All people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

The best way I know to build a compassionate world is through spreading knowledge. I was privileged to sit with these other panelists to share the research, answer questions, and build a safer and hopefully more kind community.
